04Deposits & Payments

All deposits on zn999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets where available. The payment methods available to you may vary and zn999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

Deposits are typically reflected in your account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. zn999 does not apply processing fees on deposits made through standard supported methods, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider directly.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the method used to make your most recent deposit where applicable. zn999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete full identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure and applies to all players regardless of withdrawal amount. Providing complete and accurate verification documents will speed up the process.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than Bank Transfer requests.

06Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

All bets and wagers placed on zn999 — whether on Sports Betting, Casino games, Live Casino tables, Slots or any other product — are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming a bet. zn999 is not responsible for bets placed in error.

For Sports Betting, including Cricket, PSL, T20 and Football markets:

• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• zn999 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors.
• Suspended or abandoned matches are settled according to the specific sport's rules stated at the time of the market's publication.
• Live betting markets close at predetermined points during an event and zn999 is not obligated to keep markets open until an event concludes.

For Casino and Slots games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live Casino results are determined by the physical outcome of the live dealer session. zn999 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round may be voided and any stake returned. Winnings generated during a technical error that affected normal game function may be cancelled.

08Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability
